Refund policy
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. A $25 inconvenience fee will be billed for any cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, including instances where the cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time. You must contact us directly by calling (734) 600-2746, or email daescleaningservices@gmail.com. A full refund will be given between 3-5 business days from cancellation.
- Payment Policy: We accept most major credit cards. Cash and checks are not accepted. Payment is charged at the time of booking when scheduled online.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, we are happy to provide a one-time complimentary re-clean if notified within 24 hours of service completion. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend a walk-through with the cleaner prior to their departure.
- Service Policy: For the safety of our cleaners, we do not perform services involving bodily fluids (including vomit, blood, human or animal waste), pest or bug infestations, or aggressive pets on the premises. If such conditions are present, the appointment will be canceled on-site, and no refund will be issued.
